Free Audit

Find out where your business is leaking.

Two weeks. A written report. A 90 day priority list. Free, every time. No obligation, no sales pitch.

A written report. A live readout. A 90 day list.

The audit is a real deliverable, not a sales call. You walk away with everything below, whether you work with us afterwards or not.

  • A clear picture of how your business actually runs today
  • Where money is leaking, in actual dollar figures, ranked by size
  • A target picture of how the business should run
  • A 90 day priority list of what to fix first
  • A written report of 10 to 25 pages
  • A live readout call with whoever on your team needs to hear it

Three steps. Two weeks. Real work, real findings.

01
Days 1 to 2
Kickoff

A 60 minute call to align on scope, get read only access to your systems, and understand where the business is. We come prepared. You bring whoever knows the business best.

02
Days 3 to 10
The audit

We go through how you acquire customers, how you convert leads, how you deliver, how you bill and collect, and how you retain. We map what is there, find the leaks, and put dollar figures on them.

03
Days 11 to 14
Report and readout

A 10 to 25 page written report. A live readout call. A 90 day priority list ranked by impact. You leave with a plan you can act on, whether you work with us or not.

Six places where revenue and operations leak.

We go deep enough in each area to put dollar figures on the leaks. We do not go so deep that two weeks is not enough to finish the work.

How you acquire customers
How you convert leads into revenue
How you deliver work to clients
How you bill and collect
How you retain and grow existing customers
The software stack underneath all of it

Who gets the most value from this.

Right Fit
You will get real value if
  • You are at $1M to $15M annual revenue
  • You have a real product or service with real, paying customers
  • You suspect the business is leaking somewhere and want to know where
  • You are open to changing how the business runs once the audit shows you where
  • You can dedicate 4 to 6 hours over two weeks to the audit work
Not a Fit
This is the wrong time if
  • You have not yet generated revenue or found product market fit
  • You want a cheap audit to validate a decision you have already made
  • You are not willing to act on what the audit finds
  • You are in active crisis: litigation, financial distress, partnership conflict
  • You are shopping consultants and gathering free deliverables

Questions we hear before the audit.

What does the audit actually look at?

Six things. How you acquire customers, how you convert leads, how you deliver, how you bill and collect, how you retain and grow, and the software underneath it. We go deep enough to put dollar figures on the leaks. We do not go so deep that two weeks is not enough.

How much access do you need to our systems?

Read only access to your CRM, your billing or accounting tool, your marketing platform, and any other system that runs revenue or operations. We do not change anything. We do not extract data. The access is for the audit only, and it ends when the audit ends.

What if we do not like the recommendation?

You keep the written report. You keep the 90 day priority list. You owe us nothing. About one in three audits we run end with no engagement recommended, and the client still gets the full deliverable. That is the point.

Will you try to sell us something?

No. The audit is the audit. If we think there is engagement work to do together, we say so in the report and offer it. If we think there is not, we say that instead. You decide whether to work with us. We do not chase.

Can we have multiple people on our team join the readout?

Yes. Bring whoever needs to hear it. Founders, COOs, finance leads, operations leads. The more of your team that hears the readout, the easier it is to act on what comes out of it.

What happens after the audit?

Three things can happen. You hire us to build what the audit recommends (GTM Plan, Build & Run, or Fractional Operating Partner). You take the report and run the plan internally or with someone else. Or you put it down and revisit later. All three are fine outcomes. We do not push.

Why is the audit free?

Because the cost of a bad audit decision is much higher for you than the cost of the audit is for us. Two weeks of our time gets you a report you would otherwise pay $5,000 to $7,500 for at most firms. We do this because it is the cleanest way to start the relationship. If we are a fit, the audit shows it. If we are not, the audit shows that too, and you keep the deliverable either way.
