Built by operators.
For operators.
Two senior operators with three decades of combined operating experience. One firm, built deliberately small.
Everyone's working. Nothing's connected.
The team is capable. The tools exist. Somewhere along the way, nobody ever sat down and designed how revenue actually flows from the first marketing touch to the signed contract to the delivered project to the renewal.
So it grows by accident. A Zapier here. A spreadsheet there. A process that lives in one person's head. Until the friction becomes the ceiling.
Business Sound exists to design, build, and run that missing layer. We build operating systems and hand them to the team running. The founder steps out of the day to day.
We built this company because B2B founders deserve a revenue system that works as hard as they do. We had seen what the right system could do, and we couldn't unsee it.
Jordan Butler, co-founder
Operators, not consultants.
Business Sound is built on operator experience, not advisory distance. Every engagement is led by people who have run the functions they're building - revenue, operations, delivery. We don't recommend. We build.
Exited founder, fractional CGO, and US and LATAM operator. Built the growth function at a Latin American fintech processing $400M+ annually, where he ran customer acquisition, pricing, and revenue operations through the company's expansion. Founded and exited an industrial company operating across five countries.
Outside Business Sound, he is an angel investor in early stage tech and advises growth stage B2B founders on revenue strategy, go to market design, and capital raises.
At Business Sound, he leads client relationships and revenue strategy. He is direct about fit, honest about what the work requires, and accountable to one outcome: building the operating layer that lets a business grow without depending on the founder for every decision.

Four operating principles. They are not aspirations. They are commitments we have made to ourselves about how we run engagements.
- The audit decides the engagement. About one in three audits we run end with no engagement recommended. The client still gets the full deliverable. We say no when no is right.
- Two senior operators run every engagement. Senior operators do the work themselves. There is no analyst pyramid, no junior pass off, no project manager escalating to a partner.
- You own the system when we leave. Continued work with us is optional and ends cleanly when you decide it should. We do not build dependence into the architecture.
- We do not chase. If we are not the right fit, the audit says so in writing and the relationship ends gracefully. No sales pitch, no follow up loop, no churn salvage motion.
