Built by operators.
For operators.
We started Business Sound because we kept seeing the same gap: great B2B companies with strong revenue — and systems that hadn't been designed to match it.
Everyone's working. Nothing's connected.
The team is capable. The tools exist. But no one ever sat down and designed how revenue actually flows — from the first marketing touch to the signed contract to the delivered project to the renewal.
So it grows by accident. A Zapier here. A spreadsheet there. A process that lives in one person's head. Until the friction becomes the ceiling.
Business Sound exists to design, build, and steward that missing layer. Not as consultants who write recommendations. As operators who build the thing and hand it to you running.
"We built this company because B2B founders deserve a revenue system that works as hard as they do. We'd seen what the right system could do — and we couldn't unsee it."
One company. Built for businesses that are ready for what's next.
When you work with Business Sound, you work with us. Not a team of analysts who've never run a pipeline. Not a project manager who escalates to a partner. Us.
Jordan is an exited founder, an angel investor in tech, and has helped companies raise capital at the growth stage. He has led revenue functions, advised dozens of B2B companies, and spent his career close to the moment where strategy either turns into growth or stalls out.
That background shapes how he works at Business Sound. He knows what a revenue system looks like when it is working and what it costs when it is not. He leads client relationships and revenue strategy here, is direct about fit, honest about what the work requires, and focused on one thing: building the operating layer that lets your business grow without depending on you for every decision.
Aura brings 20 years of corporate operations experience - having built and managed systems for clients like P&G, Citi, IBM, and Unilever. She runs the operational side of the house: the workflows, the architectures, the handoffs, the dashboards that actually tell you what's going on.
After the Diagnosis, Aura owns the Build and the ongoing Stewardship. If it's running well, it's because she made sure it would.
