Three stages. Anchored by a free audit.

Every engagement starts with a free audit. From there, three paid stages take a business from strategy to fully running operations. You can engage one stage, sequence them all, or stop after the audit.

Start here. Free, every time.

Free · 2 weeks · 14 day turnaround

The audit is the entry point for every engagement. Two weeks of structured work that produces a written report, a 90 day priority list, and a recommended path forward.

About one in three audits we run end with no engagement recommended. The client still gets the full deliverable. That is the point. The audit is a real piece of work. The relationship starts there or it does not.

Design the system the business needs. Build the highest priority pieces.

$25,000 to $45,000 · 90 days · Fixed scope

A 90 day engagement to design and build the revenue and operations system the business actually needs. This is the option for companies that need both strategic clarity and early implementation. The strategic answers are unclear, the team needs an outside operator to drive priorities, or the business is preparing for a critical inflection: raising, scaling, acquiring, or exiting.

Both senior operators lead the engagement together. Senior operators do the work themselves. The output is a written plan plus the highest priority pieces actually built and shipped.

After 90 days, the business has what it needs to grow into the next stage. You can take it internal. You can sequence into Build & Run. You can come back later for Fractional Operating Partner.

Included
What you get with GTM Plan
  • ICP and buyer journey work: who is the right customer for the next stage of the business
  • Channel strategy: where the next dollar of growth actually comes from
  • Positioning and messaging: how to talk about the business so it converts
  • Operations architecture: how the business will run when this is done
  • Implementation of the highest priority pieces (CRM setup, lead routing, automations, attribution)
  • Sales process and playbook
  • 90 day execution roadmap for everything not built inside the engagement
  • Both senior operators leading the work, accountable to the engagement
When this is the right move

You are in motion and need both strategy and early build.

You are in motion (raising, scaling, acquiring, preparing for exit) and the operating system is the bottleneck. The free audit confirms there is meaningful strategic AND build work to do. You want senior operators inside the business for 90 days.

What good looks like at the end: a written plan you can hand to the team, the highest priority systems built and operating, and a 90 day execution roadmap for the rest of what needs to happen.

Take the plan. Build it. Run it. Hand it off.

$15,000 to $60,000+ · Scoped per engagement

Implementation of an existing plan. Full system buildout, automation, campaign launch, and team enablement. We build it, we run it with you for 30 days, and we hand it off when the system is stable and the team is operating it.

This is the option for companies that already know what they need built. The plan came from GTM Plan with us, from internal strategy work, or from another firm. The scope is clear. The team is ready. The build needs to happen right, the first time.

Pricing scales with scope. A small implementation on a single platform sits at the lower end. A buildout across multiple teams, systems, and platforms is higher.

Included
What you get with Build & Run
  • Complete revenue and operations system implementation
  • CRM setup or rebuild on your platform of choice
  • Marketing automation and lead routing
  • Sales enablement, playbook deployment, and team training
  • Reporting and dashboard buildout
  • 30 days of running the new system with your team before handoff
  • Full SOP documentation
  • Clean handoff to your team or transition into Fractional Operating Partner
When this is the right move

You have a clear plan. You need execution that holds.

You already have a clear operating plan (from us, from your team, or from a prior firm). The scope is well defined. The team is ready to operate the new system once it is built. You do not need ongoing operator presence after handoff.

What good looks like at handoff: a complete operating system running on your stack, 30 days of operating proven, full SOPs documented, and your team trained to run it.

Ongoing senior operations leadership. Embedded, accountable, fractional.

$8,000 to $20,000/month · 6 month minimum

Ongoing fractional revenue and operations leadership. We sit on your leadership team, own pipeline and operations metrics, and report to the CEO. This is the option for companies that need senior operator presence sustained beyond the build.

A full time COO or Head of Operations at this stage runs $250,000 to $400,000 all in, takes six to nine months to find, and another six to nine months to ramp. The Fractional Operating Partner is the bridge, the long term option, or the runway to a future full time hire.

The engagement is six month minimum and continues from there. Many engagements run twelve to twenty four months. Some convert to a permanent leadership hire when the timing is right. We help you make that hire, then transition out cleanly.

Included
What you get with Fractional Operating Partner
  • Weekly leadership cadence with the founder or CEO
  • Pipeline and operations governance, owned and reported on
  • Monthly performance review and system iteration
  • Hiring and team scaling support (we run the search, you make the hire)
  • Board ready reporting on revenue and operations metrics
  • Decision support across revenue, operations, finance, and hiring
  • Both senior operators available on the engagement
  • Clean transition out when a permanent hire is made
When this is the right move

You need senior operator presence on the leadership team.

The business needs senior operating leadership now. A full time COO or Head of Operations is twelve months and $400K to $600K away. The Fractional Operating Partner gets leadership presence in place this month, with the option to convert to a permanent hire when the timing is right.

What good looks like at three months: revenue and operations metrics live on a single dashboard. Weekly leadership cadence is the rhythm. Hiring is structured. The founder has 10 to 15 fewer hours per week on operational work.

Marketing execution. When the engagement calls for it.

Paid media, content, demand generation, sales playbooks, video, SEO, and full lead generation campaigns are available inside Build & Run and Fractional Operating Partner engagements when the operating plan calls for them. We do not run campaigns standalone. The operating system comes first. Marketing execution layers in when the system is ready to convert the demand into revenue.

Scope

What we do not do.

We do not do brand identity work, naming, logo design, or product strategy. We are revenue and operations operators. If the engagement calls for any of those, we tell you the right partners to bring in.

Questions about the stages.

Can we start with Build & Run without doing GTM Plan?

Yes, if you have a clear plan from somewhere else. Internal strategy work, prior consulting engagement, or a strong founder vision can be enough. We check it during the free audit. If the plan is clear enough to execute, we go straight to Build & Run. If not, we recommend GTM Plan first.

Do the stages have to run in order?

No. Most engagements sequence Audit then one or two paid stages, depending on what the business needs. Some clients only need Build & Run. Some come back for Fractional Operating Partner six months after Build & Run wraps. The audit determines which stage or stages make sense.

What is the difference between Build & Run and Fractional Operating Partner?

Build & Run is project shaped. There is a scope, a build, and a handoff. The engagement ends when the system is stable and running. Fractional Operating Partner is a leadership role. We sit on your team, take ownership of revenue and operations metrics, and stay as long as the business needs us. Build & Run produces an asset. Fractional Operating Partner produces a function.

Can we pause between stages?

Yes. The most common pattern is GTM Plan, then a pause to operate, then come back for Build & Run later if the system needs an upgrade. Or Build & Run, then six months of running internally, then Fractional Operating Partner when scaling pressure hits.

Can we engage you for just one stage and never see you again?

Yes. We sell each stage as a complete deliverable. The audit ends with a written report you keep. GTM Plan ends with the plan and the priority builds. Build & Run ends with a working system you own. If you never need us again after a stage, we did the job right.

Why does every stage end with a CTA for the free audit?

Because every engagement actually starts with the free audit, including engagements that look like they should skip to Build & Run or Fractional Operating Partner. The audit takes two weeks, costs nothing, and confirms which stage is the right move. It is the cheapest way for both sides to find out if we should work together.
