Program July 2026 · Applications Open

You've built it abroad.
Now plant it in the US.

70% of international B2B founders lose $300,000 or more entering the US. Usually because they built a strategy deck instead of talking to real American buyers. The US Entry Program changes which group you end up in.

Starts July 2026 · Operators in the room · 2-day Miami immersion · 12 founder seats
The Premise

Most "US Soft-Landing" programs end with a logo on a slide deck.
Ours ends with signed pilots.

The US Entry Program gives you the system Business Sound uses to find the right American buyers and figure out who will pay. You sit in front of customers, we make sure you do it right, and we don't charge you for what we don't do.

What You Walk Out With

What you actually walk out with: not advice. Not a deck. A system you run yourself.

Twelve weeks of real conversations with people who would actually pay you. You go home with a documented US Landing Plan, named US buyers you've already talked to, the exact emails that produced those meetings, and a clear yes/no on the US.

/ 01

A US Landing Plan. Written, customer-validated, yours.

A written go-to-market for your business in America, validated by real customer conversations across the 12 weeks. Built with operator input every step. The document you take home. The one that survives this engagement and goes with you into year one.

/ 02

5 to 10 real US meetings, by segment and stage

Directors and VPs at US companies most likely to pay you. The exact number depends on your segment and stage. We help you land them. You run every call. We coach between rounds. We don't take the call.

/ 03

A US-tested way to sell, built with you

Buyer profile, positioning, messages, prices, and how deals close, all rebuilt against US competition, in the tools you already use. Yours to keep.

/ 04

Honest go / no-go report

Week 12: a written assessment. Build here, wait, or don't. We've told both.

/ 05 · The bigger thing

You leave with the muscle to keep selling here. The work is yours to repeat.

No proprietary tools. No retainer. Everything we build (outreach, tracking, dashboards, the rhythm) lives in your stack, owned by your team. We've failed at US entry and we've succeeded. Both lessons are baked in.

Built by people who have entered the US themselves. And lost money doing it the hard way.

Business Sound is a Miami-based operating firm built by people who have entered the US themselves. They lost money doing it the hard way before they figured out how to do it right. The program is led by senior operators with cross-border B2B experience, including Jordan Butler (prior: Cleanlight Solar, Payphone) and Aura State (prior: Publicis Groupe, Interpublic Group), supported by a delivery team of researchers, analysts, and designers. The same senior operators are in the program room every week. No junior consultants. No outsourced delivery.

Program Criteria

We'd rather you skip the program than join the wrong one.

Curation is the product. Twelve seats, no compromises. Read both sides honestly before applying.

You're a fit if:

You've proven it works.
The US is next.

  • You're between $1M and $15M ARR outside the United States.
  • You sell to businesses (B2B / SMB / mid-market).
  • You can commit ~8 hrs/week + the 2-day Miami immersion.
  • English-comfortable founder or COO in the room.
We'll be honest if:

You're early, or you want us
to do the selling for you.

  • You're pre-revenue or still searching for product-market fit at home.
  • You sell to consumers, or your buyer is government.
  • Visa sponsorship is the primary reason you're applying.
  • You want us to do the selling for you.
Frequently Asked

The honest answers.

A first conversation with a named decision-maker who could actually pay you, with a budget that fits. Not a coffee. Not a Slack "happy to intro" thread. 5 to 10 per founder, depending on your segment and stage. You run them. We engineer what produces them.
You don't relocate. Weekly group sessions with operators in the room, work between sessions on your own schedule, and a 2-day closing immersion in Miami.
Paid program, not equity-based. Operator-program range, not accelerator. Exact pricing shared in the diagnosis call. We do not take equity.
Yes, on both sides. We've helped foreign founders land their first US pilots, and we've watched companies (our own included) burn six months because what worked at home didn't translate. Both stories shaped the program.
A written go/no-go territory plan, named US buyers you've already talked to, and the exact emails that produced those meetings. Yours, in your stack. No retainer lock-in.
No. Most of our program lives in a second language. You (or a co-founder in the program with you) just need to hold a business conversation in English. Y sí, podemos hablar contigo en español durante la diagnosis call.
